Department of Public Administration
Public Administration is the most potential of the inputs that go into the designing, Planning and Development process of India. Proper execution administration of the resource is of the paramount importance and need of the hour too. With the recent policies and new challenges in socio-economic developments, the Human Resources administration has added significance. To meet the liberal economic policies of the Government, demand a closer linkage between college and Industries; the former are called upon to reorient and redesign their courses to cater to the changing needs of the employment market. The development goal can be achieved and national productivity can be increased only when the manpower is properly recruited, trained, administration on professional lines. The department also has made all our efforts to equip the students with the latest theoretical and practical inputs to shape them up as promising personalities and Human Resources Personnel.
Public administration in India has evolved over the millennia to respond to challenges of changing times. Its high watermarks were Kautilya’s exposition of administrative doctrine.

S.H. is completed Ph.D. under Guidance of Dr.PratibhaPatil H.O.D. of Department of PUB-ADMN in DR.B.A.M.UNIVERSITY Aurangabad. The title of Ph.D. is (“THE ROLE OF MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT IN WATER MANAGEMENT: SPECIAL REFERENCE TO MARATHWADA REGION”) ASST PROF L.S.GIRAM has 8-year teaching experience ASST PROF:-L.S.GIRAM has completed his M.Phil. The title is (Agriculture Development Program’s Administration Implantation in Zillah Parishad in Beed) in 2009 and he is planning for Ph.D.
